Warranty & Exchange Policy
A commitment to craftsmanship and absolute clarity.
1. Warranty Policy
- Manufacturing Defects: 1-for-1 exchange within 30 days nationwide if there is a technical fault from the manufacturer.
- Permanent Warranty: Free string replacement and product polishing for life (Note: This does not apply to gold-related products).
2. Exchange Policy
Registration Period
Within 7 days from the date of receipt (including Saturdays and Sundays).
Conditions for Exchange
- The product must be unused, with no dents, scratches, or cracks.
- Applicable if the wrong color, size, or model was delivered, or if there are physical defects (dented beads, incorrect charms).
- The original Warranty Card must be presented, and the product must not be dirty.
Exchange Principles
- Only exchange for the same product (different color/size) or a product of equal or higher value (customers pay the difference).
- No refunds are provided for purchased items.
3. Procedures
Check if the product meets the warranty/exchange conditions mentioned above.
Call the Hotline to confirm the request.
Pack the product in its original condition.
Send it to the warranty center to receive the new product and settle any price difference.
5. Shipping for Returns
The responsibility for return shipping costs rests with the client. We strongly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.
Imperial Heritage cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit back to our atelier. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
